On Friday 21 January we practiced our archery and dart throwing skills at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
Both activities required total focus and concentration and were a fun way to exercise the arms.
We had lots of fun cheering each other on and our ladies and gents enjoyed the friendly competition.
….some of us even got bullseyes and impressed everyone!!
