Bingo and prizes
On Saturday afternoon our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents enjoyed a game of bingo, helping each other and winning prizes including chocolate, shower gels, shampoo and sweets which went down a treat!
We were completing one line at a time as this was more fun for our ladies and gents, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed joining in.
Olympic warm up
Our residents have also been practising for the upcoming Paris Olympics! They have been taking part in Olympic sports such as basketball, javelin and shot put – honing their techniques. They’ve enjoyed throwing bean bags into our Olympic rings and throwing rings over cones, hoopla style!
A great time was had by all, with everyone cheering and supporting all the competitors.
