This week we put our homemade bird feeders around our garden at Woodstock Residential Care Home, in time to join in with the Big Garden Birdwatch this coming weekend.

We put our fat balls and bird seed on windows, on our birdtables at the front and back of our Home and also hanging from our trees.

Hopefully we will see lots of birds in the next few days and encourage all different birds to come visit us in our garden. We really enjoyed making the feeders and are looking forward to counting the birds we see.

Family visits resume

We were back open for visits on Tuesday 26 January and we are all looking forward to our residents seeing their loved ones again.

Stephanie and Marina started the visits off and it has been emotional, but fun, as everyone has missed seeing family members so much.
