Easter eggs and bonnets at Woodstock Residential Care Home

Easter egg delivery

This week at Woodstock Residential Care Home we had a delivery of Easter eggs for our residents from the pupils of Oasis School.

A very big thank you to Headteacher Paul Murray for everything you do for our residents here at Woodstock – always so thoughtful.

We love keeping in touch with the Oasis School and can’t wait to be able to visit them again.

Easter bonnets

Keeping with the Easter theme, we have been busy getting creative making our own Easter bonnets. Our residents decorated their hats with bunnies, chicks and lots of spring-themed accessories.

We enjoyed listening to some classic songs, to get us in the mood for Easter, including ‘Easter Parade’.

Our residents can’t wait to show off their spring creations at our Easter Bonnet Parade on Good Friday and see who has won the competition for the best hat!

This was the perfect opportunity for residents to get together and have a good chat and a singalong to music while they crafted. We have some super hats which will definitely brighten up our Easter parade – everyone is really looking forward to it!
