Our lovely resident Vera celebrated her 90th birthday with us at Woodstock Residential Care Home on Sunday 8th November.
She opened lots of lovely cards and presents from family and friends and had a special iced birthday cake with floral decorations made by our cook Lynn.
Vera was also sent a bouquet of beautiful pink roses from her family; she absolutely loved receiving them and said “They’ve made my day!”
As part of her day, she enjoyed afternoon tea with her friends, sharing her cake with a glass of sherry.
