It’s that time of year that we think of our feather friends outside in the cold here at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
Our residents made bird feeders using lard and bird seed, forming them into balls to hang off our trees for the birds.
Everyone loved getting their hands messy by moulding the lard into balls and adding the seeds.
We are now looking forward to watching the birds feeding from them in our garden.
