Our residents at Woodstock Residential Care Home had great fun getting messy making seed feeders this week for the birds in our garden.
We mixed bird seed with lard and made balls and heartshaped feeders, tying a string to each one. We then put them in the fridge to set
It was a lovely gooey activity, with seed everywhere – but everyone got stuck in to it and enjoyed themselves!
We can’t wait for them to set so we can hang them in our garden and watch the birds enjoy them.
