Our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents took part in a Right Step Dance exercise program on Wednesday 17 November and it was lovely to see everyone get involved.
The program provides armchair exercises, one-to-one and group exercises for our ladies and gents to enjoy.
Dance and exercise can have such a positive impact on our residents’ health and it’s such great fun!
