Making Thank You Cards for Carers Week
As next week is Carers Week, a time to thank our carers and staff for everything they do, we decided to get together to show our appreciation for all the staff at Woodstock Residential Care Home and all their hard work.
Our residents made handmade thank you cards as part of our gift to staff and coloured in individual cards. Our ladies and gents enjoyed colouring in these cards knowing that it would make the staff smile and let them know they are very grateful for their caring and understanding they give them.
We had a lovely afternoon chatting and getting personalised messages from everyone to write in each individual card. Our residents are looking forward to giving out the cards and something special for staff at Woodstock next week and they’re happy to be able to give something back to them.
