Weekly exercise program at Woodstock Residential Care Home

Our residents at Woodstock Residential Care Home enjoy a full weekly program of exercises in the morning, which is a great way to get everyone ready for the day ahead.

We do cycling, wake up and stretch exercises, moving to music with scarfs, ‘shake your pom-poms’ and resistant band fitness – so there’s something for everyone.

Exercises in our Home have many benefits and we can often see a change in our residents’ mood, as fitness can also help with mental health and self-esteem.

The key is to keep it fun and have a little bit of healthy competition!
