Woodstock Residential Care Home turned into the ‘Wild Wild West’ last week with staff dressed up as cowboys and our residents the Indians.
We all gathered together and enjoyed a delicious barbecue, complete with Tiramisu, cakes and drinks.
At one point there was a standoff between the cowboys and Indians at the Old Woodstock Saloon, which was luckily resolved with dancing and laughing!
We made our own Saloon, wanted posters and a tepee for the Indians no less!
To create the appearance of a Western, we set up multiple displays with bales of hay and had country music playing throughout the day.
Singer Jasmine performed some fantastic Country classics for us all to sing and dosey-doe along to.
A memorable day was had by everyone – yeehaw!
