Residents and staff at Woodstock Residential Care Home were delighted last week to receive their prize of Garden Centre Vouchers for their Nellsar in Bloom ‘Themed Garden’ Competition entry.
The Woodstock gardeners won second place with their lovely painted tree wall mural which was painted by residents and children from the local Oasis School. Handprints of residents and children together in a ‘tree of life’ is something that can continue to grow.
They also created a lovely Gnome House which residents really enjoyed painting and plotting – great fun and very colourful.
