Our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents took a trip to visit Tunstall Church Christmas tree festival on Friday 2 December.
Our ladies and gents wrapped up warm and enjoyed walking around looking at all of the different trees which had been created and decorated by different organisations and members of the community.
After admiring all the decorations, we sat down and enjoyed a nice hot cup of tea and a mince pie and chatted about which tree was our favourite.
We provided our own tree from Woodstock – named ‘The Alzheimer’s Tree’ – and our residents commented on the beautiful colours.
We all thoroughly enjoyed attending and hope to do this again next year!
