Congratulations to our residents and team members at Woodstock Residential Care Home for achieving third place in Nellsar’s Olympic Garden Competition which ran over the summer.
We created an Olympic feature wall using Olympic rings, flags, painted hubcaps and our residents’ painted handprints to create an eye-catching display which can be seen from inside and out in the garden.
Nellsar’s Recreation and Well-Being Manager Viv Stead visited our Home today to present us with our certificate and £100 of garden centre vouchers which we are looking forward to spending! We are thinking of getting a nice Buddha statue for our garden.
Well done again to everyone who took part in creating our colourful competition entry.
