It’s Cooking Club time at Woodstock Residential Care Home and this week we made homemade jam tarts.
We started off with the pastry, with the help of our Head Chef Damon, and all chatted about our best techniques for pastry making.
Val used her gluten-free products to make a sweet treat to enjoy all for herself. We added jam and marmalade for different flavours.
Everyone enjoyed eating them at tea time – they were delicious!
