On Monday 28 February our residents at Woodstock Residential Care Home rolled up their sleeves and made some cupcakes together!
We used a cupcake mix and added egg, water and butter, thoroughly mixing all of the ingredients together to make tasty vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.
Wendy got stuck in using her hands to bind all the mixture together and made a beautiful job to create a smooth mix.
We delicately put the mixture into cupcake cases using two spoons to scrape all of the mixture evenly into each one. We then put them into the oven for 20 minutes to bake and they smelt delicious in the oven cooking!
We waited for them to cool and then decorated our cupcakes.
It was lovely sharing them around for everyone to enjoy with a cup of tea. They were so yummy and looked amazing. Well done to our bakers!
