We celebrated Alan’s 89th birthday on Wednesday 22 April with a burst of colour here at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
We arranged a lovely display of balloons in the entrance to Alan’s bedroom and in his room and he celebrated his birthday with lots of beautiful cards and presents with staff and family members outside at the window.
We sang ‘Happy birthday’ to Alan and presented him with a lovely football cake, whilst his daughter joined in singing along at the window.
