Over the weekend our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents got their tastebuds tingling with a popping candy treats trolley.
We travelled around our Home offering a variety of goodies including dolly mixtures, milk bottles, fudge and other sweeties. We also had little sachets of popping candy for our residents to experience and some chocolate that had popping candy in – yum!
It was brilliant seeing lots of funny faces being pulled as our ladies and gents had crackles and pops in their mouths and lots of giggles. One resident said she’s never experienced anything like popping candy before, but had lots of fun feeling like a child again tasting different sweets.
