On Tuesday 5 July, the Tickled Pink Production Company came and performed their ‘Swinging Sixties’ show for us all at at Woodstock Residential Care Home. Our residents enjoyed the show and sang along with their song books.
The talented duo performed songs like ‘Sweets For My Sweet’ and ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ while putting on a play. We were all impressed by their fast costume changes – keeping us on our toes waiting to see what was next!
Some of us enjoyed getting up and dancing along with the show, as well as playing some musical instruments with the music.
One of our residents even said, “I felt like I was in London watching a West End show.”
We look forward to having Tickled Pink back in the future and are looking forward to their next performance.
