On Friday 20 November, staff at Woodstock Residential Care Home had a bit of lighthearted fun with a ‘mismatch day’.
What is mismatch day? This is where you have to wear the most mismatched outfit possible; scour your wardrobe for colourful items, and why not combine them with sleepwear and daywear!? Wear your knickers over the top of your clothes, put on odd shoes and socks – anything goes. Our residents had a real laugh seeing us all dressed up so oddly!
Our Registered Manger, Nicola Masters, awarded prizes for the ‘best mismatched’ outfits; 1st prize went to Louise (Care Assistant) for making us all laugh so much and being brave to wear her knickers over her clothes; 2nd prize went to Debbie F (Care Assistant) for mixing her nightwear with her daywear; and 3rd prizes went to Debbie (Laundry) for being so oddly dressed!
