Our residents and staff at Woodstock Residential Care Home saw the New Year in together on 1 January, with staff standing in between the dinner tables, joining hands with our ladies and gents, with everyone singing Auld Lang Syne.
We all had party blowers, Christmas crackers and hats that we had made, and to finish the day off we toasted in the New Year with a glass of bucks fizz.
Charles sat up with staff on New Year’s Eve to count in the new year and watch the London fireworks on television.
