Over the Easter bank holiday weekend, our residents here at Woodstock Residential Care Home have been having lots of fun celebrating Easter. We had a jolly visit from the Easter Chick who delivered some delicious easter eggs to us!
Everyone loved seeing the bright yellow inflatable chick costume and were happy to receive chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs. Daphne even received a lovely cuddly bunny from her family for Easter and she was so happy!
Everyone wore their Easter bonnets over the weekend too and we all enjoyed tucking into some easter treats, including hot cross buns, Easter cakes and Easter biscuits.
Some of our residents watched the Easter Sunday church service on the TV and spent time in the garden soaking up the sun. Our ladies and gents also joined in with an Easter photoshoot featuring their Easter bonnets and happy smiles!
