On Wednesday 15 December we all had a jolly afternoon watching the Bel Canto Sopranos Christmas concert at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
It was so lovely to be able to have the Bel Canto ladies back on our screens at Woodstock, singing beautiful classic Christmas songs.
Everyone enjoyed singing along, dancing and for some it brought tears of joy to their eyes.
Like last year, the concert had family video messages as an added bonus. Our residents loved seeing their families on the screen and they were so happy to hear Christmas wishes from the people that mean the most to them.
Family members were able to watch the concert themselves at home and having family messages involved in the show was a fantastic way to include loved ones and allow residents to feel connected to them at this special time of year.
