Our residents and staff at Woodstock Residential Care Home enjoyed a spooky Halloween party on Monday 31 October with a visit from entertainers ‘Spare Parts’.
We sang and danced along to Halloween songs including ‘Monster Mash’ and ‘The Time Warp’. We had a mixture of some of our favourite 50s and 60s music too and for some it brought back happy memories of their younger years. Wendy knew all the words to every song, impressing the singers in the group!
Our staff team dressed up for the occasion and there was lots of laughter and smiles as everyone admired their costumes. Our residents dressed up in witches hats and enjoyed posing for photos!
We had lots of Halloween treats on the day including some yummy Halloween cakes made by our Cook.
