Yesterday, Kitty celebrated her 97th birthday with us at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
She was very pleased to have a social distance birthday visit with her daughter Sue and she received lots of cards and presents from her family, which she enjoyed opening with a cheeky glass of Asti!
She was presented with two birthday cakes; one made by our Chef Lynne and one from her family. She enjoyed a slice with a lovely cup of tea and her cake got shared out with all our residents and staff.
Kitty was full of smiles on her special day which was so lovely to see.
Many happy returns of the day Kitty – not long until you get your telegram from the Queen!
