We were thrilled to welcome students from the Oasis Academy to Woodstock Residential Care Home last week, when they came to spend time with our residents.
The Academy runs a special Dementia Café that we have been lucky to take part in which is organised by Paul Murray and his lovely students.
The group brought delicious cakes with them, plus some wooden decorations for our residents and students to colour together. They also brought a Christmas present for each one of our residents, which was such a beautiful gesture.
Their visit was a wonderful way to bring two different generation together and get them chatting!
Huge thanks to Paul and his lovely students for their kinds gifts and their time in coming to see us – wishing them all a happy festive season!
