We were thrilled to welcome singer Annie Riley to Woodstock Residential Care Home on Monday 16 September, to entertain our residents with a ‘Pearly Queen day’.
Pearly Kings and Queens are a tradition in the London community and Annie sang a collection of wonderful old cockney songs; our ladies and gents thoroughly enjoyed singing along to the popular tunes.
We also enjoyed some dancing with our residents and the atmosphere was so much fun.
