Over the weekend we held ‘Kitchen Club’ at Woodstock Residential Care Home and we decided on pizza making to get our tastebuds tingling!
To prepare for this we got our residents to grate cheese and cut up peppers, ham, tomatoes, onion and pepperoni, and spread some tomato and herb sauce over our pizza bases and topped them with the cheese.
We then had fun deciding what toppings we would like on our pizzas and made some fun shapes using all of the toppings.
Our pizzas were baked in the oven and then we had the enjoyable job of tasting all our different creations and deciding on what our favourite topping was.
We took the pizzas around our Home for everyone to enjoy – this was such a fun, yummy and creative activity for us all to take part in.
