Last week at Woodstock Residential Care Home we said goodbye to a much-loved member of our team – our Activities Lead Lauren, who is moving away.
Our team members and residents all signed leaving cards for her and wrote words about how valued she was and how much she’ll be missed.
She received presents from us all including a lily plant, a mug, a photo frame, pen and a £25 Amazon gift card. She also received a hamper with all her favourite foods and drinks in (vanilla vodka, diet coke, biscuits, coffee, cheese and onion crisps and sauces!).
Our colleagues and residents got emotional when saying goodbye to Lauren and everyone commented about her lovely smile and how much they have seen her develop and flourish in her role over her four years at our Home.
