Good Friday
On Friday 2 April we celebrated Good Friday with an Easter Bonnet parade here at Woodstock Residential Care Home.
This gave us all a chance to show off our beautifully decorated Easter bonnets that we had worked hard on. We all had great fun making the hats and it made the day special to be able to wear them to show each other.
We sang along to the classic ‘Easter Parade’ song and had lots of laughs with each other.
Jonty and Jenny were our two winners of the parade and both received some yummy chocolate Easter egg prizes, presented by our very own Woodstock chick.

Easter Sunday
Easter Sunday at Woodstock was filled with chocolate, hymns and pampering!
Everyone received delicious Easter eggs on Easter Sunday and couldn’t wait to tuck into their tasty treats!
Our ladies and gents watched the Easter Service on television and we sang a few hymns together including ‘All Things Bright and Beautiful’.
Sunday afternoon was filled with laughs and chats over cups of tea and a spot of nailcare and pampering. How relaxing!
