Our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents were able to test their target skills this week with our reindeer target game!
We set up Christmas trees in a variety of sizes and spread them out across the room, then dressed our Activities staff in reindeer antlers and flashing noses. Our residents all took it in turns to take aim, armed with fluffy snowballs!
The reindeers would pop out from behind the trees and trot across the room and our ladies and gents had to test their throwing skills and aim for a reindeer. So much fun!
We listened to Christmas classics such as ‘Rockin’ around the Christmas tree‘ and ‘Rudolph the red nose reindeer‘ and sang along with them.
We all had lots of laughs and we’ll make sure we do this again over the festive season as our residents just didn’t want to stop!
