Our Woodstock Residential Care Home residents had fun taking part in a ‘Brain Gym’ session this week, which we created for them using sheets of simple mathematics sums.
Our ladies and gents took turns to complete the answers.
This is a great way to help stimulate the brain and can be lots of fun!
