Woodstock Residential Care Home recently received a visit from one of our local schools – Tunstall Primary School
The school have a club that children are able to attend and take part in if they would like to help out in the community, and we were delighted to receive a visit from some lovely year 5 and 6 children.
They brought along a variety of activities to do with our residents including colouring, puzzles and their favourite books to read to us. Our ladies and gents all enjoyed spending some meaningful time with the children and chatting with them about their school studies.
Everyone at Woodstock commented on how well behaved and kind the children are, and how much they look forward to seeing them again next month for some other fun activities.
